Three days after we got home from West Texas, we headed out to Walt DisneyWorld for our "delayed" 4th anniversary trip. This was our first time to go during the winter, and we got TERRIBLY spoiled to the nice weather and low crowds! We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge and had one of the best vacations I think we've ever been on.
Our resort was on the lagoon, but not on the monorail, so we had to take little ferry boats to get to the Magic Kingdom.
We saw the Candlelight Processional at Epcot - this is a "must-do" during the holiday season, and definitely put us in the Christmas Spirit! Steven Curtis Chapman narrated the Christmas Story with help from a huge choir and orchestra.

I love Cinderella's castle, and at Christmas, they decorate it in thousands of Christmas lights so it sparkles and shines. So pretty -- I think I took 27 different pictures of it all lit up!
The weekend after DisneyWorld, we flew to Boston for Todd's company Christmas Party. His company only has two offices in the US (the others are in Europe), so it was fun to meet the Boston team and spend some quality time with them!
After Boston, the Christmas festivities began here at home - lots of visiting, baking cookies, and opening presents, then New Year's Eve and football games. Now it's back to work and back to a normal routine -- I think we're all ready for that!
